Festival was created to evolve Serbian Film Industry by collaboration with international professionals.
PIFF judgement committee every three months is selecting works and authors with potential. After selection PIFF management team invited authors to offline event where the further strategy of cooperation will be attached . Offline event will be held for 4 days. Within these 4 days participants and viewers will have opportunity to discuss works that will be screened during festival, make connections with other participants and festival team and promote their works.
Best of best will be invited to international team and will have opportunity to join many perspective projects.

Event will have special day as pet festival where the four-legged friends will be introduced among heroes of pet movies. Winner of PAWS Pet Film Festival will have opportunity to create work with his pet with collaboration of our international filmmakers team.

Annual awarding films are shown at the PAWS Event including Q&A, Interviews, Pet Festival and a Closing Award Ceremony in Belgrad, Serbia.
Each year the festival presents 25 shorts films and 5 shorts about animals as part of the films in competition programming.
Opportunity to join and work with a crew of Serbian and worldwide professional filmmakers.
All awarded films receive laurels, publication in our media.

All films in all genres will be considered.
By submitting you're accept that you own all rights to send work to festival.
Requirements:
For Short Films, the films need to be 50 minutes or less.
For Feature Films, the films need to be at least 50 minutes.
Premier Status:
No premiere status is required. So, don’t wait to submit your film.
Rights:
We require films to have all necessary rights and releases secured for us to feature them.
Refund Policy:
Unfortunately we cannot refund a submission fee once you’ve submitted your film. Please make absolutely sure you want to submit your film before doing so. As with other festivals, your fee is paid for your film to be considered. By no means does submitting your film guarantee that your film will be accepted. If your film is not accepted, your submission fee is not refunded.
